2008 LEKTRO Astoria Regatta Grand Land Parade Application

WARNING: NO ITEMS MAY BE THROWN OR TOSSED TO SPECTATORS BY PARADE ENTRANT. ANY ITEM, SUCH AS CANDY, THAT ENTRANT DESIRES TO DISTIBUTE TO SPECTATORS CAN BY HANDED OUT BY WALKERS NEXT TO SPECTATORS. SPECTATORS CANNOT COME ONTO PARADE ROUTE.

WE ASKED THAT NO POLITICAL CAMPAIGNING BE DONE DURING THE PARADE. THE ASTORIA REGATTA IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY POLITICAL GROUPS.

HOLD HARMLESS STATEMENT:
      Neither the Astoria Regatta Association, City of Astoria, and/or any Sponsors shall be responsible for any loss or damage occurring to any float, vehicle, or person from any cause. Entrant agrees to supply its own insurance and provide Parade Committee with proof of insurance, such as a certificate of insurance, with application. No entrant will be permitted in the parade without Proof Of Insurance. Entrant hereby agrees to hold harmless the Astoria Regatta Association, City of Astoria, Clatsop County and/or any and all sponsors of this event, their successors, representatives and assignees for any injury while participation in the 2008 LEKTRO Astoria Regatta Grand Land Parade.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE MUST BE PROVIDED FOR ALL MOTORIZED VEHICLES AND ACCOMPANY THIS APPLICATION.
