2011 Starlight Parade Awards

Illuminating the streets of Portland with music, colorful lights and larger-than-life floats, the Portland Rose Festival's annual Portland General Electric/SOLV Starlight Parade took over downtown Portland's streets on June 4!


Sweepstakes Award (Best illumination): Hand-Eye Supply
